Tldr;

I worked within a cross-functional product team to plan and deliver qualitative user interviews with key business partners with a view to identifying actionable insight the team could use to better plan and prioritise up-coming initiatives.

Challenge

Piclo had recently established a new data-focussed product team whose remit was split between improving internal data tooling and resources, as well as providing better access to data and insight for end-users, with a key goal being to improve overall platform maturity.

An early challenge for the team involved figuring out where to prioritise the team's time. What initiatives should the team be working on first? What might an initial roadmap look like?
